火电厂锅炉尾部受热面检修技术

Maintenance Technology for the Heating Surface at the Tail of Boilers in Thermal Power Plants

摘要 火电厂锅炉尾部受热面作为锅炉系统关键部分,运行状态对机组安全性及效率具有直接影响。本文针对尾部受热面常见的磨损、腐蚀、积灰等失效形式进行系统分析,总结了明确故障规律、开展数据分析、优化检修时间、选择检修技术等检修方法,并结合案例验证其有效性。结果表明,锅炉尾部受热面采取恰当检修技术,检修后省煤器排烟温度降低3.7℃,空气预热器出口温度降低5.4℃,锅炉效率提升0.6%,年节约标煤约1200吨,可显著提升受热面可靠性及机组经济性。 As a key part of the boiler system,the heating surface at the tail of the thermal power plant boiler has a direct impact on the safety and efficiency of the unit during operation.This article systematically analyzes the common failure modes of wear,corrosion,and dust accumulation on the tail heating surface,summarizes maintenance methods such as identifying fault patterns,conducting data analysis,optimizing main-tenance time,and selecting maintenance techniques,and verifies their effectiveness through case studies.The results showed that appropriate maintenance techniques were adopted for the heating surface at the tail of the boiler.After maintenance,the exhaust temperature of the economizer has decreased by 3.7 C,the outlet tem-perature of the air preheater was reduced by 5.4 C,the boiler efficiency was improved by 0.6%,and about 1200 tons of standard coal were saved annually.This can significantly improve the reliability of the heating surface and the economic efficiency of the unit.
