摘要
为解决透气阀人工组装极易发生产品刺破等缺陷问题,本文首先调研分析了涉易形变零件的透气阀装配现状,明确了当前存在的不足,其次针对具体装配环节,设计了全新的透气阀装配与检测设备,实现透气阀装配的精度提升。
In order to solve the problem that the manual assembly of the transmission valve is prone to product puncture,this paper first investigates and analyzes the current status of the transmission valve assem-bly involving flexible parts,clarifies the current shortcomings,and then the new transmission valve assembly and testing equipment is designed for the specific assembly link,so as to realize the improvement of the ac-curacy of the transmission valve assembly.
