摘要
目的:探究慢性鼻窦炎(Chronic Sinusitis,CRS)患者予以功能性内窥镜鼻窦手术(Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery,FESS)的应用效果。方法:选取2024年1月至2025年3月临颍县人民医院接诊的60例CRS患者作为研究对象,以计算机随机法分为研究组和对照组,各30例。对照组患者接受常规手术治疗,研究组实施FESS治疗。分析比较两组患者治疗效果、症状评分、恢复效果、疾病复发率。结果:研究组治疗效果明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组症状评分、恢复时间、CRS复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:FESS在CRS患者中疗效显著,能缓解患者鼻窦炎不适感,缩短患者恢复时间,改善患者预后效果,值得推广使用。
Objective:To explore the application effect of functional endoscopic sinus surgery(FESS)in patients with Chronic Sinusitis(CRS).Methods:Sixty patients with CRS admitted to Linying County People's Hospital from January 2024 to March 2025 were selected to participate in the study,and randomly divided into two groups by computer.The study group was given FESS,and the control group was given routine surgery,with 30 patients in each group.The treatment effect,symptom score,recovery effect and disease recurrence rate of the two groups were analyzed.Results:The therapeutic effect of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The symptom score of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The recovery time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the recurrence rate of CRS in the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),with statistical significance.Conclusion:FESS has significant therapeutic effects in CRS patients,which can alleviate discomfort caused by sinusitis,shorten recovery time,and improve patient prognosis.It is worth promoting and using.
