乙炔氢氯化反应中提高乙炔利用率的工艺优化分析

摘要 乙炔氢氯化反应合成氯乙烯(VCM)继而聚合生成聚氯乙烯(PVC)是国内外应用较多的生产技术工艺。目前PVC行业产能过剩,有效控制生产成本、追求生产效益成为相关企业关注的重点问题。通过对乙炔氯化氢配比、混合脱水效率、转化器温度等因素进行分析,探究其对VCM合成过程中乙炔转化率的影响,并提出相应的解决措施。此外,还介绍了乙炔等原料的回收利用方案及工艺优化措施,保证乙炔高效回收利用。 Hydrochlorination of acetylene to synthesize VCM and then polymerize to produce PVC is a widely used production technology at home and abroad.At present,the PVC industry has overcapacity,and effectively controlling production costs and pursuing production efficiency have become key issues of concern to related enterprises.By analyzing the ratio of acetylene hydrogen chloride,mixing dehydration efficiency,converter temperature and other factors,the influence of acetylene unit consumption in VCM synthesis was explored,and the corresponding solutions were put forward.In addition,the recycling scheme and process optimization measures of acetylene and other raw materials have been introduced to ensure the efficient recycling of acetylene.
