摘要
目的:探讨冰硝散外敷对肋骨骨折患者术后疼痛、血液微循环状态及深静脉血栓(DVT)风险的影响。方法:选取2023年1月—2024年7月泉州市正骨医院收治的80例肋骨骨折术后患者为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为观察组(冰硝散外敷联合常规康复护理,n=40)和对照组(常规康复护理,n=40)。比较两组术后疼痛评分[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)]、血液微循环状态指标(全血黏度高切、全血黏度低切、血小板聚集率、血浆黏度)及DVT发生率、安全性。结果:干预后,观察组的VAS评分低于对照组;观察组血液微循环状态指标均低于对照组;观察组出现DVT的患者数量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均未出现严重不良反应,且冰消散外敷未引起皮肤过敏或其他不适症状。结论:冰硝散外敷能有效缓解肋骨骨折患者术后疼痛,促进局部微循环功能恢复,减少DVT风险,具有良好的安全性。
Objective:To investigate the effects of external application of Bingxiao powder on postoperative pain,blood microcirculation status,and deep vein thrombosis(DVT)risk in patients with rib fracture.Method:80 postoperative patients with rib fracture admitted to the hospital from January 2023 to July 2024 were randomly divided into an observation group(treated with external application of Bingniu powder combined with conventional rehabilitation nursing,n=40)and a control group(treated with conventional rehabilitation nursing,n=40)according to a random number table method.The postoperative pain scores[Visual Analog Scale(VAS)],blood microcirculation status indicators(whole blood viscosity high shear,whole blood viscosity low shear,platelet aggregation rate,plasma viscosity),and incidence and safety of DVT between two groups were compared.Result:Compared with the control group,the VAS scores of the observation group were lower;and the observation group had lower indicators of blood microcirculation status(P<0.05).Both groups did not experience any serious adverse reactions,and the application of ice dissipation did not cause any skin allergies or other discomfort symptoms.Conclusion:External application of Bingxiao powder can effectively alleviate postoperative pain in patients with rib fracture,promote local microcirculation function recovery,and reduce the risk of DVT.It has good safety.
