摘要
目的:分析对门急诊急危重症结核病患者实施救护处置管理及防控策略的价值。方法:选取2019年12月—2023年12月青岛市公共卫生临床中心门急诊接诊的106例急危重症结核病患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为研究组及常规组各53例,常规组实施常规管理,研究组实施救护处置管理,采用防控策略干预,比较两组抢救情况、依从性、生活质量等管理效果。结果:与常规组相比较,研究组抢救情况、依从性、生活质量评分均明显高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对门急诊急危重症结核病患者实施救护处置管理及防控策略予以干预,其效果十分明显。
Objective:To analyze the value of implementing rescue management,and prevention and control strategies for emergency tuberculosis patients.Method:106 patients with acute and critical tuberculosis who were diagnosed and treated in the emergency clinic of Qingdao Public Health Clinical Center from December 2019 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into the research group and the routine group,with 53 cases in each group.The routine group implemented routine management.The research group implemented rescue management and prevention and control strategies,and compared the rescue situation,compliance,quality of life and other management effects of the two groups.Result:Compared with the control group,the rescue situation,compliance,and quality of life scores in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:It is very effective to implement rescue management and prevention and control strategies for emergency tuberculosis patients.
