摘要
目的:探讨针灸对呼吸机辅助通气治疗患者脱机拔管成功率和血氧指数的影响。方法:选取2022年1月—2024年10月常州市中医医院收治的120例使用呼吸机辅助通气治疗的呼吸衰竭患者作为研究对象,以随机数表法分为对照组与研究组。对照组60例予以常规肺功能康复治疗,研究组60例在对照组基础上联合针灸治疗。将两组呼吸机使用时间、呼吸机相关性肺炎发生情况、脱机拔管成功率、自主呼吸频率、心率以及血氧指数进行比较。结果:研究组呼吸机使用时间短于对照组,呼吸机相关性肺炎发生率低于对照组,脱机拔管成功率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组干预后自主呼吸频率、心率、动脉血二氧化碳分压(PaCO_(2))呈降低趋势,动脉血氧分压(PaO_(2))呈升高趋势,且研究组更为明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针灸可提升呼吸机辅助通气治疗患者脱机拔管成功率,有助于更好地促进患者呼吸功能恢复。
Objective:To explore the effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on the success rate of extubation and blood oxygen index in patients with ventilator assisted ventilation.Method:120 patients with respiratory failure treated with ventilator assisted ventilation in Changzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2022 to October 2024 were randomly divided into control group(60 cases)and study group(60 cases).The usage time,incidence of ventilator-associated pneumonia,success rate of extubation,spontaneous breathing rate,heart rate and blood oxygen index of ventilators of the two groups were compared.Result:The ventilator usage time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group,the incidence of ventilator-associated pneumonia was lower than that of the control group,and the success rate of weaning and extubation was higher than that of the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention in both groups,the spontaneous respiratory rate,heart rate,and partial pressure of carbon dioxide in arterial blood(PaCO_(2))showed a decreasing trend,while the partial pressure of oxygen in arterial blood(PaO_(2))showed an increasing trend.The study group was more significant,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture and moxibustion can improve the success rate of extubation of patients with ventilator assisted ventilation,and help to better promote the recovery of patients'respiratory function.
