滤筒除尘器脉冲反吹改进试验与CFD仿真分析

摘要 滤筒除尘器在脉冲反吹清灰过程中会出现清灰不均匀的问题,即脉冲反吹过程中滤筒上部分压力不够清灰不足、下部分压力过大损害滤筒。针对这个问题,设计了球冠导流罩,其作用在于将脉冲喷吹的气体通过球冠面进行引导从而更为均匀地喷吹在滤筒内壁面上。并且通过正交试验和数值模拟的方式寻找到导流罩的最佳形状和位置,即圆柱直径150 mm,球冠曲率半径130 mm,导流罩到滤筒顶部的距离0 mm。添加导流罩后,除尘器反吹强度为1363.26 Pa,下降了48.4%,仍在合理范围内,减少了对滤料的损害,反吹均匀性为0.283,下降了63.6%,反吹更为均匀。实验验证了数值模拟的准确性和导流罩的有效性。 The cartridge dust collector often suffers uneven dedusting during the pulse reverse-blowing process.Specifically,the upper part of the cartridge may experience insufficient pressure,leading to inadequate dedusting,while the lower part may experience excessive pressure,causing damage to the cartridge.The design of a spherical-cap deflector addresses this issue.It serves to guide the pulse-jetted gas through the spherical cap surface,ensuring a more uniform distribution of the jet across the inner wall of the cartridge.Through orthogonal experiments and numerical simulations,the optimal shape and position of the deflector shield are determined:a cylindrical diameter of 150 mm,a spherical cap curvature radius of 130 mm,and a length of 0 mm from the deflector shield to the top of the cartridge.After installing the deflector shield,the reverse-blowing intensity of the dust collector decreases by 48.4% to 1363.26 Pa,which remains within a reasonable range,thereby reducing damage to the filter material.The uniformity of reverse-blowing improves significantly,with the uniformity index dropping by 63.6% to 0.283,indicating a more even reverse-blowing process.Experiments confirm simulation accuracy and the deflector’s effectiveness in enhancing dedusting performances.
