轮轴过盈配合面微动滑移计算方法研究

摘要 列车运行过程中,车轴受到周期性旋转弯曲载荷,会引发过盈配合面上微动滑移发生。首先,针对车轴-轮对系统,在轮对承受旋转弯曲载荷产生微变形情况下,建立三维微动滑移模型,并推导了微动滑移量计算方法;其次,利用Workbench仿真模拟进行对比分析,验证微动滑移模型的正确性;最后结合实际工程问题分析不同过盈量及力矩下车轴的微动滑移量。研究结果表明:三维微动滑移量计算模型可以有效计算车轴-轮对在承受旋转弯曲载荷下的微动滑移量;随着载荷增加,轮对形状变为“椭圆”,从而影响微动滑移量;扭矩一定时,过盈量越大,产生的滑移量越小;轮轴传递扭矩增大微动滑移量增大,三维微动滑移模型的提出,对提高车轴-轮对系统可靠性和微动滑移量计算精度提供了理论依据。 While in operation,the train’s axle is subject to periodic rotating bending load,causing fretting slip on the interference fit surface.This paper builds a three-dimensional fretting slip model for the axle-wheel system.The calculation method of fretting slip is derived when the wheel set bears the micro-deformation caused by the rotating bending load.Then,the workbench simulation is employed for comparative analysis to verify the correctness of the micro slip model.Finally,combined with the actual engineering problems,the fretting slip of the axle under different interferences and torques is analyzed.Results show the three-dimensional fretting slip calculation model effectively calculates the fretting slip of the axle-wheel set under the rotating bending load.As the load rises,the shape of wheel set tends to become ellipse,which affects the fretting slip.When the torque is constant,the larger the amount of interference,the smaller the amount of slip.The transmission torque of the axle grows and the fretting slip rises.The three-dimensional fretting slip model may provide some insight into improving the reliability of the axle-wheel set system and the accuracy of the fretting slip.
