摘要
为了提高二维材料非线性转换效率,基于局域表面等离激元共振原理,研究了银微米片上二维碲钼酸亚钴的二次谐波非线性效应.通过湿化学法,制备出表面原子级平整的单晶银微米片,并构建了单晶银微米片-二维碲钼酸亚钴体系.利用银微米片增强局域电磁场,能显著提升二维碲钼酸亚钴的非线性极化率,实现了二次谐波强度的15倍增强.同时,通过有限元模拟计算研究了银微米片等离激元对二次谐波效应调控的原理.
To enhance the nonlinear conversion efficiency of 2D materials,we investigated the second-harmonic generation(SHG)response of 2D cobalt tellurite molybdate(CoTeMoO_(6),CTM)based on the principle of localized surface plasmon resonance(LSPR).Atomically flat single-crystalline silver microplates were synthesized using a wet chemical method,and a hybrid structure consisting of silver microplates and 2D CTM was constructed.The enhanced localized electromagnetic fields generated by the silver microplates could significantly improve the nonlinear polarization of 2D CTM,resulting in a fifteenfold increase in SHG intensity.Furthermore,finite element simulations were performed to elucidate the underlying mechanism by which LSPR in silver microplates modulates the SHG effect.
