心理健康教育专业硕士培养的模型建构、困境反思与路径重构

摘要 心理健康教育专业人才培养上升为国家重要战略,但人才供给与需求存在结构性矛盾。结合人才需求和情境学习理论,构建“需求驱动-能力支撑-生态保障”培养框架。基于10所代表性高校的培养方案,反思心理健康教育专业硕士培养的现实困境。以服务国家和社会需求为中心轴,以专业性和实践性为能力双链,将高校、中小学和社会作为生态网,重构人才培养路径。以“服务需求”为导向,强化角色意识,明确“为谁培养人”;以“能力支撑”为核心,突出专业能力,回应“培养什么人”;以“情境学习”为抓手,优化课程设置,回答“怎样培养人”;以“生态保障”为原则,落实多元协同,强化“谁来培养人”,实现心理健康教育专业硕士人才培养的加乘效应。 The cultivation of professional talents in the field of mental health education is a critical national strategy,yet a structural imbalance persists between talent supply and demand.Integrating talent requirements with situated learning theory,this study establishes a comprehensive demand-driven,capacity-supported,ecologically-sustained cultivation framework.Through comparative analysis of graduate programs from 10 representative universities,we identify practical challenges in cultivating Master of Mental Health Education candidates.By positioning service to national and social needs as the central axis,establishing professional and practical competencies as dual development pillars,and creating an ecological network encompassing universities,K-12 institutions,and societal stakeholders,this research reconstructs talent development pathways.The Proposed Framework:Demand-Oriented Services:Strengthening institutional awareness to clarify for whom we train mental health professionals.Competency-Centered Curriculum:Defining core competencies to address what expertise to cultivate.Contextualized Learning Design:Optimizing pedagogical strategies for how to develop these competencies.Ecosystem-Based Collaboration:Establishing multi-stakeholder partnerships for who should facilitate this development.This integrated framework aims to create synergistic outcomes in the professional preparation of Masters candidates in Mental Health Education.
