摘要
校外导师作为专业学位研究生指导的重要责任人,其队伍建设越发受到政府和高校的重视,而明确“入口端”的专业学位研究生校外导师选聘标准是建设高质量校外导师队伍的关键。研究采用NVivo14.0对我国26所世界一流大学建设高校的38份校外导师选聘标准文本进行编码分析,运用扎根理论建构了校外导师选聘的核心标准结构模型;在此基础上,基于胜任力分类理论,形成领域具体性与任务具体性分类框架。研究发现,专业学位研究生校外导师选聘标准包含3种核心要求:素质要求是前提条件,能力要求是关键要素,人际要求是特色途径。个人声誉和聘任渠道是校外导师选聘的特性要求。为提升专业学位研究生校外导师的选聘质量,教育行政部门需提供政策与平台支持;高校需加强对校外导师实践能力的考查,进一步拓宽校外导师的选聘渠道,强化校外导师选聘的个人声誉要求,并依据选聘标准完善考核工作。
As key facilitators in guiding professional degree postgraduates,the development of off-campus supervisor teams is receiving increasing attention from governments and universities.Defining clear selection criteria at the threshold stage is crucial for building a high-quality off-campus supervisor cohort.This study employed Nvivo 14.0 to conduct coding analysis on 38 off-campus supervisor selection documents from 26"Double First-Class"initiative universities in China.Using grounded theory,a core structural model of the selection criteria was constructed.Building upon this,a classification framework based on competency classification theory,distinguishing domain specificity and task specificity,was developed.The findings reveal that the selection criteria encompass three core requirements:professional ethics serve as the prerequisite,competency components constitute the key elements,and interpersonal skills represent the distinctive pathway.Additionally,professional standing and recruitment channels emerge as distinctive characteristics in selecting off-campus supervisors.To enhance the quality of selecting ff-campus supervisors for professional degree postgraduates,education administrative departments should provide policy support and institutional platforms.Universities need to strengthen the assessment of supervisors'practical abilities,further broaden recruitment channels,emphasize professional standing requirements,and refine subsequent evaluation mechanisms based on the established selection criteria.
