摘要
胃癌(GC)是我国发病率和病死率均高居前列的癌症类型,西医治疗GC以外科手术和内镜治疗为主,存在并发症多、疗效不佳等缺陷,名中医冯兴中从事恶性肿瘤的中西医防治工作多年,认为胃癌的病机关键在于虚气留滞、气虚生毒,临证当采取“培元解毒、分期辨治”的治疗策略,在癌前病变期及胃癌早期侧重益气解毒、未病防变,在健脾培元的基础上灵活施予解毒之法,在围术期强调体质调节,综合治理,在胃癌康复期重视扶助正气,固护胃气,方予益气扶正方化裁,同时将扶正祛邪、中西协同、心身同调贯穿于胃癌治疗全程,以求邪祛正安。
Gastric cancer(GC)is a type of cancer with high morbidity and mortality in China.Western medicine mainly treats GC with surgery and endoscopy,which has many complications and poor efficacy.Professor FENG Xingzhong has been engaged in the prevention and treatment of malignant tumors in traditional Chinese and Western medicine for many years.It is believed that the key to the pathogenesis of gastric cancer lies in the retention of deficiency of qi and the generation of toxin due to deficiency of qi,and that the treatment strategy of“cultivating the vitality and detoxifying,and differentiating treatment by stages”should be adopted in clinic.In the precancerous stage and the early stage of gastric cancer,emphasis should be placed on replenishing qi and detoxifying,and preventing the disease from changing,and the detoxifying method should be flexibly applied on the basis of strengthening the spleen and cultivating the vitality,and the physical regulation and comprehensive treatment should be emphasized in the perioperative period,Yiqi Fuzheng Fang is modified,and Fuzheng Quxie,Chinese and Western coordination,and mind and body coordination run through the whole process of gastric cancer treatment,in order to eliminate pathogenic factors and calm the body.
