摘要
目的:探究多元化护理联合康复指导对脑瘫高危儿智力发育水平的影响。方法:回顾性分析2020年1月—2023年12月萍乡市妇幼保健院收治的80例脑瘫高危儿临床资料,根据干预方式不同分为对照组(39例,给予常规康复指导)、联合组(41例,在对照组基础上联合多元化护理)。比较两组干预后的护理效果;采用粗大运动功能评定量表-88项(GMFM-88)、精细运动功能评定量表(FMFM)评估两组干预前后运动能力;采用格塞尔发展量表(GDS)评估两组智力发育情况[发育商(DQ)];采用手功能评估量表(assisting hand assessment,AHA)评估两组平衡能力。结果:联合组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,联合组GMFM-88、FMFM、DQ及AHA评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:多元化护理联合康复指导应用于脑瘫高危患儿护理效果确切,对患儿运动能力、智力发育均有促进作用,且能有效提高平衡能力,有利于患儿功能恢复。
Objective:To explore the influence of diversified nursing combined with rehabilitation guidance on the intellectual development level of high-risk children with cerebral palsy.Method:A data of 80 high-risk children with cerebral palsy admitted to Pingxiang Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from January 2020 to December 2023 were retrospectively analyzed and divided into the control group(39 cases,given conventional rehabilitation guidance)and the combined group(41 cases,combined with diversified nursing on the basis of the control group)according to different intervention methods.The nursing effects of the two groups after intervention were compared.The gross motor function measure scale-88(GMFM-88)and the fine motor function measure scale(FMFM)were used to evaluate the motor abilities of the two groups before and after the intervention.The intellectual development status[developmental quotient(DQ)]of the two groups were evaluated by using the Gesell developmental schedules(GDS).The balance ability of the two groups was evaluated by using the assisting hand assessment(AHA).Result:The total effective rate of the combined group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of GMFM-88,FMFM,DQ and AHA in the combined group were all higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of diversified nursing combined with rehabilitation guidance in the care of high-risk children with cerebral palsy has a definite effect,it promotes the motor ability and intellectual development of the children,and can effectively improve the balance ability,which is conducive to the functional recovery of the children.
