摘要
目的:探讨预防性宫颈环扎术在宫颈机能不全患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年12月在江西省妇幼保健院产科就诊的80例宫颈机能不全患者作为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为试验组与对照组,每组40例。对照组接受黄体酮阴道缓释凝胶治疗,试验组则采用预防性宫颈环扎术治疗。对比两组产妇及新生儿相关指标、并发症发生情况的差异。结果:试验组产妇流产率、孕34周前早产率、分娩孕周、孕周延长时间优于对照组,新生儿出生体重、1 min Apgar评分高于对照组,入住NICU率、住院时间、活产率优于对照组(P<0.05);两组产妇及新生儿并发症发生情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:预防性宫颈环扎术能够有效改善宫颈机能不全患者的相关指标,延长妊娠周期,降低流产率及早产率。
Objective:To explore the application effect of preventive cervical cerclage in patients with cervical insufficiency.Method:A total of 80 patients with cervical insufficiency who visited the Obstetrics Department of Jiangxi Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the experimental group and the control group by the random number method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Progesterone Sustained-release Vaginal Gel,while the experimental group was treated with preventive cervical cerclage.The differences between the two groups in terms of indicators related to pregnant women and newborns and the occurrence of complications were compared and analyzed.Result:The abortion rate,preterm birth rate before 34 weeks of pregnancy,gestational weeks of delivery and gestational weeks extension time of pregnant women in the experimental group were better than those in the control group,the birth weight,1 min Apgar score of newborns were higher than those in the control group,NICU admission rate,hospitalization time and live birth rate of neonatal in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05);there were no statistically significant differences in the occurrence of complications between the two groups of parturients and newborns(P>0.05).Conclusion:Preventive cervical cerclage can effectively improve indexes of correlation in patients with cervical insufficiency,prolong pregnancy,and reduce the abortion rate and preterm birth rate.
