甲泼尼龙联合微生态制剂治疗儿童过敏性紫癜的效果

摘要 目的:探讨甲泼尼龙联合微生态制剂治疗儿童过敏性紫癜的效果。方法:研究纳入2020年1月—2023年1月赣州市妇幼保健院收治的60例过敏性紫癜患儿,采用摸球法分组,摸取奇数号者纳入对照组(n=30),偶数号者纳入观察组(n=30)。对照组予以甲泼尼龙治疗,观察组予以甲泼尼龙联合微生态制剂治疗。比较两组临床疗效、症状消失时间,治疗前及治疗14 d后的体液免疫功能(IgA、IgG、IgM)、炎症因子(IL-4、IFN-γ)及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率较对照组高(P<0.05);观察组腹痛、紫癜、关节肿痛消失时间较对照组早(P<0.05);观察组治疗14 d后IgA、IL-4、IFN-γ水平较对照组低(P<0.05);在治疗过程中,所有患儿均未出现不良反应。结论:甲泼尼龙联合微生态制剂治疗儿童过敏性紫癜较单独使用甲泼尼龙更有效,能更快缓解症状,改善免疫功能,降低炎症因子水平,且未观察到不良反应。 Objective:To investigate the effect of Methylprednisolone combined with microecologics in the treatment of allergic purpura in children.Method:A total of 60 children with allergic purpura admitted to Ganzhou Women and Children's Health Care Hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 were included in the study.They were grouped by the ball-touching method,those with odd numbers were included in the control group(n=30),and those with even numbers were included in the observation group(n=30).The control group was treated with Methylprednisolone,and the observation group was treated with Methylprednisolone combined with microecologics.The clinical efficacy,symptoms disappearance time,humoral immune function(IgA,IgG,IgM),inflammatory factors(IL-4,IFN-γ)before and after 14 days of treatment and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of abdominal pain,purpura and joint swelling and pain in the observation group were earlier than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of IgA,IL-4 and IFN-γin the observation group after 14 days of treatment were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).During the treatment process,no adverse reactions occurred in any of the children.Conclusion:Methylprednisolone combined with microecologics is more effective in the treatment of allergic purpura in children than Methylprednisolone alone.It can relieve symptoms more quickly,improve immune function,reduce the levels of inflammatory factors,and no adverse reactions have been observed.
