摘要
目的:探究光子治疗仪局部持续照射治疗烧伤整形植皮患者的效果对瘢痕创面愈合的影响。方法:选取2021年10月—2024年5月中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九六八医院收治的76例烧伤整形植皮患者作为研究对象;采用双盲随机分组的方法将患者分为试验组(n=38)与对照组(n=38);对照组给予常规干预治疗,试验组在对照组基础上增加光子治疗仪局部持续照射治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、创面愈合时间、疼痛评分、美观度评分、炎症因子水平及不良反应发生情况。结果:试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组创面愈合时间短于对照组,疼痛、美观度评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组治疗后IL-6、IL-10水平低于对照组,IFN-γ高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组不良反应率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:烧伤整形植皮患者给予光子治疗仪局部持续照射治疗能够加快瘢痕创面的愈合,并提升美观度,且安全性良好。
Objective:To explore the effect of local continuous irradiation with photon therapeutic instrument in the treatment of burn plastic surgery skin graft patients and its influence on the healing of scar wounds.Method:A total of 76 patients with burn plastic surgery skin graft admitted to the 968th Hospital of the People's Liberation Army Joint Logistics Support Force from October 2021 to May 2024 were selected as the research subjects.The patients were divided into the experimental group(n=38)and the control group(n=38)by double-blind random grouping.The control group was given conventional intervention treatment,while the experimental group was treated with local continuous irradiation using photon therapeutic instrument on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,wound healing time,pain score,aesthetic score,levels of inflammatory factors and occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the wound healing time of the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group,and the scores of pain and aesthetic impact were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-6 and IL-10 in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,while IFN-γwas higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The adverse reaction rate of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Local continuous irradiation with photon therapeutic instrument for burn plastic surgery skin graft patients can accelerate the healing of scar wounds,improve their aesthetic appearance,and has good safety.
