基于嵌入式单片机的塑料挤出机温度控制系统设计

摘要 为提升温度控制的精度和稳定性,研究通过分析塑料挤出机的温度特性设计基于反向传播神经网络比例-积分-微分(PID)温度控制器,并根据工艺要求设计基于嵌入式单片机的挤出机温度控制系统的整体方案。试验结果表明,在目标温度100℃和加热功率100%的条件下塑料挤出机产品的效果更好。运行结果表明,温度控制器在挤出机温度控制系统中取得较好的控制效果。系统的超调量为1.76%左右,稳态误差控制在1.5℃左右,表现出较高的控制精度和较强的自适应能力。该系统能够实时监测和调节挤出机的温度,确保塑料熔体在挤出过程中达到最佳的流变特性,对提高产品一致性、降低能耗以及提升生产效率具有重要意义。 To improve the accuracy and stability of temperature control,the study was conducted to design a proportionalintegral-derivative(PID)temperature controller based on backpropagation neural network by analyzing the temperature characteristics of plastic extruders.Additionally,an overall scheme for the extruder temperature control system based on embedded single-chip microcomputers was designed according to the process requirements.Test results show that the plastic extruder product is better under the conditions of target temperature of 100℃and heating power of 100%.The operation results show that the temperature controller has achieved better control results in the extruder temperature control system.The overshoot of the system is about 1.76%,and the steady state error is controlled at about 1.5℃,which shows high control accuracy and strong self-adaptive ability.The system is capable of monitoring and regulating the temperature of the extruder in real time,ensuring that the plastic melt achieves optimal rheological properties during the extrusion process,which is of great significance for improving product consistency,reducing energy consumption,and enhancing production efficiency.
