伸直链晶体增强聚丁二酸丁二醇酯结晶与力学性能的研究

Study on Crystallization and Mechanical Properties of Polybutylene Succinate Enhanced by Extended-chain Crystals

摘要 聚丁二酸丁二醇酯(PBS)在力学性能方面的不足限制其应用范围。研究通过共混法将PBS原料与其伸直链晶体(ECC)颗粒复合,制备PBS/ECC自增强复合材料,系统研究热处理温度对材料结晶行为与力学性能的影响机制。结果表明:ECC的熔融温度(137.7℃)显著高于PBS原料(115.0℃)。在120~140℃热处理后,未熔融的ECC通过异相成核作用促进PBS基体结晶。当热处理温度为135℃时,复合材料中ECC残留的晶体碎片使PBS的结晶温度提高10.3℃,半结晶时间缩短37.7%。拉伸测试表明,ECC的引入显著提升了材料的刚性和韧性。相比PBS原料,抗拉强度和断裂伸长率分别提高20.7%和22.1%。扫描电子显微镜分析表明,均匀分散的ECC通过诱导裂纹偏转和纤维拔出,有效提升基体应力传递效率并优化能量耗散路径,从而协同提升复合材料的力学性能。 The insufficient mechanical properties of polybutylene succinate(PBS)restrict its broader application.In the study,self-reinforced PBS/extended-chain crystals(ECC)composites were prepared by blending PBS with its ECC particles.The influence of thermal treatment temperature on crystallization behavior and mechanical performance was systematically investigated.The results showed that the melting temperature of ECC(137.7℃)was significantly higher than that of raw PBS(115.0℃).After heat treatment at 120~140℃,unmelted ECC acted as heterogeneous nucleating agents to promote PBS matrix crystallization.When the heat treatment temperature was 135℃,the residual ECC crystal fragments increased the crystallization temperature of PBS by 10.3℃and shortened the semi-crystallization time by 37.7%.Tensile tests demonstrated that ECC incorporation markedly improved both stiffness and toughness.Compared with raw PBS,the tensile strength and elongation at break increased by 20.7%and 22.1%,respectively.Scanning electron microscopy analysis indicated that uniformly dispersed ECC enhanced stress transfer efficiency and optimized energy dissipation pathways through crack deflection and fiber pullout,thus synergistically enhancing the mechanical performance of the composites.
