摘要
目的:基于培训迁移理论构建中等长度导管技术培训方案指标体系,为中等长度导管培训提供参考依据。方法:通过文献回顾分析、半结构访谈及专家会议初步拟订中等长度导管培训方案指标体系,采用德尔菲专家函询法于2024年6月—8月对24名专家进行2轮问卷函询,完成指标的筛选、修订,并确定各级指标权重。结果:2轮专家函询问卷的有效回收率均为100%,2轮专家的权威系数分别为0.827,0.842,2轮专家肯德尔协调系数分别为0.251,0.260,最终构建的中等长度导管技术培训方案指标体系包括5个一级指标、15个二级指标、51个三级指标。结论:基于培训迁移理论构建的中等长度导管技术培训方案指标体系具有较强的科学性、实用性,可用于中等长度导管的相关培训。
Objective:Based on the training transfer theory,to construct an indicator system for the training program of medium length catheter technology,and provide reference for the training of medium length catheters.Methods:Through literature review analysis,semi-structured interviews,and expert meetings,a preliminary indicator system for the training program of medium length catheters was developed.The Delphi expert inquiry method was used to conduct two rounds of questionnaire inquiries to 24 experts from June to August 2024 to complete the screening and revision of indicators,and determine the weights of each level of indicators.Results:The effective response rate of the two rounds of expert inquiry questionnaires was 100%,and the authority coefficients of the two rounds of experts were 0.827 and 0.842,respectively.The Kendall's coordination coefficients of the two rounds of experts were 0.251 and 0.260,respectively.The final index system for the medium length catheter technology training program consisted of 5 primary indicators,15 secondary indicators,and 51 tertiary indicators.Conclusion:The indicator system for the training program of medium length catheters based on the training transfer theory has strong scientific and practical significance,and can be used for relevant training of medium length catheters.
