摘要
目的:总结结直肠癌与中医体质间相关性的研究及现状,探讨结直肠癌在中医理论体系下的体质分布特征,以期为临床实践采用中医药预防结直肠癌提供基于证据的医学支持。方法:计算机检索中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库、PubMed、Web of Science、EMbase等数据库,整理、汇总结直肠癌与中医体质相关的文献,检索时限为建库至2024年7月20日。采用RevMan 5.4、Stata 15.0软件进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入11篇文献,涉及病人2349例。横断面研究的合并结果显示,结直肠癌病人主要体质类型分别为阳虚质(18%)、湿热质(17%)、气虚质(14%)、痰湿质(12%)。病例-对照研究的Meta分析结果显示,气虚质在结直肠癌人群的比例是普通人群的1.83倍,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其余体质类型则差异无统计学意义。结论:现有证据表明,结直肠癌病人主要的体质类型包括阳虚质、湿热质、气虚质和痰湿质,其中以阳虚质最为常见,而气虚质可能是导致结直肠癌发生的一个重要风险因素。
Objective:To summarize the research results and current status of the correlation between colorectal cancer and traditional Chinese medicine constitution,explore the constitutional distribution characteristics of colorectal cancer under the theoretical system of traditional Chinese medicine,and provide evidence-based medical support for the clinical practice of using traditional Chinese medicine to prevent colorectal cancer.Methods:Computer searched databases such as CNKI,WanFang Data,VIP,PubMed,Web of Science,EMbase.Clinical research literature on the correlation between colorectal cancer and traditional Chinese medicine constitution was compiled and summarized.The retrieval time was from the inception to July 20,2024.Meta-analysis was conducted using RevMan 5.4 and Stata 15.0 software.Results:A total of 11 articles were included,involving 2349 patients.The combined results of cross-sectional studies showed that the main physical types of colorectal cancer patients were Yang deficiency(18%),damp heat(17%),Qi deficiency(14%),and phlegm dampness(12%).The Meta-analysis results of case-control studies showed that the proportion of Qi deficiency constitution in colorectal cancer population was 1.83 times that of the general population,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),while there was no significant statistical significance in other constitutions.Conclusion:Current evidence shows that the main constitution types of colorectal cancer patients include Yang deficiency,damp heat,Qi deficiency,and phlegm dampness,among which Yang deficiency is the most common,and Qi deficiency may be an important risk factor for the occurrence of colorectal cancer.
