摘要
为了明确油梨狗尾草平脐蠕孢叶斑病病原菌(Bipolaris setariae)的生物学特性及其对杀菌剂的敏感性,研究了不同培养条件对该病原菌菌丝生长的影响,通过室内毒力试验筛选出对病原菌毒力作用较大的药剂。结果表明:该病原菌菌丝生长最适宜培养基为马铃薯蔗糖培养基(PSA),最适pH值为6,适宜温度是28~30℃,菌丝生长致死温度为54℃,不同光照条件对菌丝生长速率无显著性影响;10%苯醚甲环唑水分散粒剂和430g/L戊唑醇悬浮剂的抑制效果最好,EC_(50)分别为0.03mg/L和0.09mg/L,其次为40%腈菌唑可湿性粉剂。
To clarify the biological characteristics of Bipolaris setariae and its sensitivity to fungicides,the effects of different culture conditions on mycelial growth were determined,and fungicides with strong inhibition effects on the pathogen were screened through in vitro toxicity assays.The results showed that potato sucrose agar(PSA)was the most suitable medium for mycelial growth.The optimum pH and temperature for the mycelial growth were pH 6 and 28~30℃,respectively.The lethal temperature for mycelia was 54℃,and light conditions had no significant difference on mycelial growth rate.In vitro toxicity assays indicated that 10%difenoconazole WDG and 430 g/L tebuconazole SC exhibited the strongest inhibitory effects,with EC_(50) values of 0.03 mg/L and 0.09 mg/L,respectively,followed by 40%myclobutanil WP.
