基于固定系数的变压器直流电阻换算方法

摘要 针对三相共体变压器直流电阻测试无法准确获取绕组温度,影响直流电阻初值差计算准确度问题,本文作者首先测量其中一相变压器绕组直流电阻,用测试值除以初值计算折算系数。然后根据初值测试三相绕组温度相同,现场测试三相绕组温度相同,所以三相折算系数相同的原理,确定另外两相的折算系数,利用所得折算系数完成绕组直流电阻的折算和初值差的计算。最后通过理论计算和实例验证了同温等比法的可行性。与现有技术相比,同温等比法不需获取绕组准确温度,计算更加简单折算更加准确。 Regarding the DC resistance testing of three-phase community transformers,it is difficult to accurately obtain the winding temperature,which affects the accuracy of calculating the initial difference in DC resistance.Firstly,measure the DC resistance of one phase transformer winding and calculate the conversion coefficient by dividing the test value by the initial value.Then,based on the initial value test,the temperature of the three-phase winding is the same.On site testing shows that the temperature of the three-phase winding is the same,so the principle of the same three-phase conversion coefficient is used to determine the conversion coefficients of the other two phases.The obtained conversion coefficients are used to complete the conversion of the DC resistance of the winding and the calculation of the initial value difference.Finally,the feasibility of the isothermal proportional method was verified through theoretical calculations and practical examples.Compared with existing technologies,the same temperature proportional method does not require obtaining the accurate temperature of the winding,making the calculation simpler and the conversion more accurate.
