中日两国建筑抗震设计规范对比及其在大阪世博会中国馆的应用研究

Comparative study of seismic design codes in China and Japan and application in the China Pavilion at Expo Osaka

摘要 为研究中日两国钢结构抗震设计规范的不同,系统梳理了中日两国抗震设防目标、抗震设计方法及地震作用计算的差异,并以大阪世博会中国馆实际工程为例进行对比研究。按照中日两国相关规范规定的地震动参数对中国馆分别进行设计,分析中日两国规范下结构整体抗震性能指标、构件尺寸及材料用量等。以中国规范的11条地震波与日本规范的7条地震波作为两组输入,分别对中日设计结构进行倒塌易损性分析。研究结果表明:日本规范第一、第二水准的设防水平分别对应于中国规范在多遇及罕遇地震作用下中高烈度区设防要求;短周期结构中,低烈度区日本规范地震作用较大,高烈度区则中国规范地震作用较大;长周期结构中,低烈度区中国规范地震作用较小,高烈度区两国规范地震作用接近;针对相同工程案例,按日本规范设计结构的构件尺寸和用钢量均高于中国规范设计结构;相同地震动强度下,由日本规范所选取的地震波引起的结构响应更大;日本规范设计结构在罕遇和超罕遇地震作用下抗震性能冗余度和抗倒塌能力更高。 To investigate the differences of the seismic design codes for steel structures in China and Japan,this study systematically reviews their seismic fortification objectives,design methods,and seismic action calculations,using the China Pavilion at the Osaka Expo as a case study.Designs of the China Pavilion were carried out according to the seismic parameters specified in the codes of both countries,analyzing the overall seismic performance indicators,member dimensions,and material usage under each code.Collapse fragility analyses were conducted using 11 seismic waves from the Chinese code and 7 from the Japanese code as input sets.The results indicate that Japan’s first and second seismic design levels correspond to China’s seismic design requirements for moderate-tohigh-intensity regions under frequent and rare earthquakes.For short-period structures,the seismic actions prescribed by the Japanese code are greater in low-intensity areas,whereas those prescribed by the Chinese code are greater in high-intensity areas.For long-period structures,the Chinese code specifies lower seismic actions in lowintensity areas,with both codes prescribing similar actions in high-intensity areas.Under the same project,the member sizes and steel quantities designed according to the Japanese code are larger than those designed according to the Chinese code.For the same seismic intensity,the seismic waves selected by the Japanese code induce greater structural responses.Structures designed by the Japanese code demonstrate higher seismic performance redundancy and collapse resistance under rare and very rare earthquake conditions.
