不同位置织构对轴承滚子应力分布规律的影响

Influence of Textures at Different Position on the Roller Contact Stress Distribution

摘要 为优化推力圆柱滚子轴承的摩擦磨损性能,提升其应用的能耗表现、可靠性和安全性,本文通过对81107-TN型推力圆柱滚子轴承设计不同种类的凹坑织构,采用有限元方法分析了不同位置织构对滚子接触应力和等效应力分布规律的影响。结果表明,面积率大的织构化轴承,等效应力较高;等效应力小的织构分布多是面积率较小的织构;1/2外侧分布路径上的平均等效应力最低且低于无织构轴承;凹坑织构会增加边缘应力。研究结果可以为进一步科学设计表面织构,优化圆柱滚子轴承的减摩性能奠定基础。 For optimizing the friction and wear performance,reducing the energy consumption,and improving the reliability and safety of thrust cylindrical roller bearings,different types of pit textures are designed for 81107-TN thrust cylindrical roller bearings.The influence of textures at different positions on the distribution of roller contact stress and equivalent stress is analyzed by the finite element method.It is shown that for textured bearings with a large area ratio,a relatively high equivalent stress is obtained.The texture distributions with small equivalent stress are mostly those with a smaller area ratio.The average equivalent stress on the 1/2 outer distribution path is the lowest and is lower than that of bearings without textures.The pit textures increase the edge stress.The results serve for a further scientific design of surface textures and optimization of the anti-friction performance of cylindrical roller bearings.
