摘要
由于再生资源回收行业的持续发展进步,如何不断提高回收车辆的作业效率与安全性成了一个棘手问题,对于再生资源回收车辆而言,开发一套全景视觉系统将会有非常大的帮助,在此基础上根据再生资源回收车辆特有的工作特点及业务要求,设计一套全景视觉系统,并阐述全景视觉系统的整体架构、硬件选择与配置情况、软件算法流程和系统测试及优化等内容,以期能使再生资源回收车辆拥有更好的全景视觉系统,从而更好地提高再生资源回收车辆在作业过程中的智能化水平和操作的安全性。
With the development of the renewable resource recycling business,increasing the operating efficiency and safety of recycling vehicles has become more significant.This essay builds a panoramic vision system based on the working characteristics and requirements of renewable resource recycling vehicles.The whole architecture of the system,hardware selection and configuration,software algorithm flow,and testing and optimization of the system were elaborated in detail.Through the application of this panoramic vision system the purpose is to give more complete visual perception capabilities for renewable resource recycling vehicles,enhance their intelligence level and operational safety in the recycling process.
