摘要
涡轮增压器作为船舶发动机的核心重要零部件,其抗冲击性能对船舶稳定运行至关重要。本文主要运用时域分析方法,针对某型涡轮增压器的抗冲击性能进行分析研究。通过加载时域载荷的方法计算涡轮增压器的非线性瞬态响应。结果表明,不同方向的冲击载荷带来的应力主要集中在涡轮增压器的机脚区域;而加速度在涡轮增压器底座最小,涡轮端叶片加速度响应明显小于压气端;增压器整体从下往上变形依次增大,在基座上变形较小。整体上垂向的冲击载荷响应最大,由此可知垂向是抗冲击能力评估的重点方向。
As a core critical component of marine engines,the impact resistance of turbochargers is crucial for the stable operation of vessels.This study focuses on analyzing the impact resistance performance of a specific turbocharger model using time-domain analysis.The nonlinear transient response of the turbocharger was calculated by applying time-domain loads.Results show that stress caused by impact loads in different directions is primarily concentrated in the mounting foot area of the turbocharger.The acceleration at the turbocharger base is the smallest,with the acceleration response of turbine-end blades being significantly lower than that of the compressor end.Deformation of the turbocharger gradually increases from bottom to top,with minimal distortion observed at the foundation.Overall,the response to vertical impact loads is the most significant,indicating that the vertical direction is the key focus for impact resistance evaluation.
