摘要
文章针对铝合金材料的焊接和工艺进行探讨,系统分析铝合金材料的焊接性能和工艺特性,通过设计焊接工艺、焊接工艺试板、接头机械性能试验分析,验证铝合金材料的焊接性能和工艺特性。结果表明:采用熔化极惰性气体保护焊(MIG)、选择ER5183焊材、用较低热输入以及合理的焊接工艺,可以获得性能达标的焊接接头,为船舶轻量化设计和建造提供实践经验。
This paper discussed the welding processes of aluminum alloy materials,and systematically analyzed and verified their welding performance and process characteristics through welding process design,actual welding of test plates,and mechanical property testing and analysis of joints.The results show that proper welding using the metal inert gas(MIG)welding method,with ER5183 welding materials,low heat input,and reasonable welding processes can produce welding joints with qualified properties,providing practical experience for the lightweight design and building of ships.
