摘要
针对某型柴油机在使用过程中的海水泵泵体渗漏问题进行分析,文章以海水泵泵体渗漏为分析对象,建立一级和二级故障树,对海水泵泵体进行分析,通过分析,最终确定造成海水泵渗漏原因为型壳温度偏差造成的泵体铸造疏松,通过故障树分析,对泵体铸造过程提出严格管控,避免装机后运行过程产生渗漏。
Aiming at the seawater pump casing leakage problem of a marine diesel engine during operation,this paper takes the seawater pump casing leakage as the analysis object to establish the first level and the second level of the fault tree for analysis of the pump casing.Through the analysis,the paper ultimately determined that the reason for the leakage is the casting porosity of the pump casing caused by shell temperature deviation.Through the fault tree analysis,the paper put forward strict control of the pump casing casting process to avoid leakage during operation.
