摘要
某船在航行试验过程中出现柴油机加速慢故障,文章根据故障现象分析原因,并通过对柴油机缸内积碳情况、燃油系统、空气系统、增压系统、喷油系统、调速装置进行检查,最终确定气动定位器手轮初始位置及调速器拉杆长度不合适是造成该船柴油机加速慢的主要原因,采取措施后故障排除,解决了困扰船方多年的难题。
The failure of slow acceleration occurred on a diesel engine of a ship during the sea trial.This paper analyzed the causes according to the failure phenomenon.Through the inspection of carbon deposit in the cylinders and inspection of the fuel system,air system,pressurization system,fuel injection system,and speed regulation device,the paper finally identified the main reason for slow acceleration:improper initial position of the hand wheel of pneumatic positioner and improper length of pull rod of speed regulator.The failure disappeared after the implementation of troubleshooting measures,successfully solving the problem that puzzled the shipping company for many years.
