摘要
本研究基于企业价值链视角,以新发展格局为背景,深入剖析了国联水产2014—2023年采购、研发、生产及销售环节的现状及问题。研究发现:采购环节原材料成本高且应付账款周转率低;研发环节技术转化率不足且同质化严重;生产环节成本利润率下滑叠加存货周转缓慢;销售环节过度依赖出口导致营收不及预期,应收账款周转率持续低位。基于此,本文提出以下价值链提升路径:以国内大循环为主体,深挖内需市场潜力;国内国际双循环相互促进,拓展全球价值链;数智化赋能,全价值链数据驱动。
Based on a firm value chain perspective and against the backdrop of the new development pattern,this study conducts an in-depth analysis of Guolian Aquatic’s procurement,R&D,production,and sales processes from 2014 to 2023,identifying key issues in each segment.The findings reveal that the procurement process faces high raw material costs and low accounts payable turnover;the R&D process suffers from insufficient technology conversion and severe product homogeneity;the production process experiences declining cost-profit margins coupled with slow inventory turnover;and the sales process is overly reliant on exports,resulting in revenue shortfalls and persistently low accounts receivable turnover.Based on these insights,the study proposes the following value chain enhancement strategies:leverage the domestic market as the main driver to tap into domestic demand;promote mutual reinforcement between domestic and international dual circulation to expand the global value chain;and empower the full value chain through digital intelligence and data-driven management.
