数字经济发展对居民消费升级的空间效应研究

摘要 基于中国30个省份2012—2022年的面板数据,本文构建了空间杜宾模型,系统分析了数字经济发展与居民消费升级的关系。实证结果表明:(1)数字经济发展对居民的消费升级具有显著的正向本地效应;(2)数字经济发展对邻近地区的居民消费升级具有正向的空间溢出效应;(3)数字经济发展的空间溢出效应呈现出区域异质性特征,东部地区的数字经济发展对居民消费升级具有显著的正向空间溢出效应,而中部和西部地区则不显著。基于上述结论,本文提出以下建议:(1)政府层面,应大力支持数字经济的发展,加速数字技术的迭代更新,提高数字经济与居民日常生活的融合度;(2)企业层面,要牢牢把握数字经济的发展红利,加速推动企业的数字化转型,促进生产和管理的智能化、合理化和专业化,提高产品的生产效率和质量,最终实现数字经济与居民消费升级的协同发展。 Based on panel data from 30 provinces in China during 2012 and 2022,a spatial Durbin model was established to examine the relationship between digital economy development and resident consumption upgrading.The results indicate that:(1)Digital economy development has a significant positive local effect on resident consumption upgrading;(2)digital economy development has a positive spatial spillover effect on resident consumption upgrading in adjoining areas;(3)the spatial spillover effect of digital economy development displays the feature of heterogeneity,and in the eastern region,the positive spatial spillover effect of digital economy development on resident consumption upgrading is significant,while those in central and western regions are insignificant.Based on the above conclusions,recommendations are proposed:(1)The government should vigorously support developing the digital economy,speed up the iteration and upgrading of digital technology,and improve the integration of the digital economy with residents’everyday life;(2)Enterprises should grasp the dividends of digital economy development,accelerate digital transformation,promote intelligent,rationalized,and professional production and management,and enhance the production efficiency and quality of products,thereby achieving the coordinated development between the digital economy and resident consumption upgrading.
