摘要
数字经济与实体经济深度融合是中国式现代化的重要战略方向,推进两者深度融合更是我国现阶段推动经济实现高质量转型发展的重要着力点。山东省在数实融合实践中虽已取得阶段性成果,但从制度机制协同、数字基础设施覆盖广度、数字核心技术突破到数实融合渗透深度等维度来看,仍存在可优化提升的空间。本文系统梳理了山东省数实融合的发展现状,深入剖析了其面临的现实问题,并针对性地提出适配性的数实融合发展路径,旨在切实提升山东省实体经济与数字经济融合发展的深度与水平,为新时代社会主义现代化强省建设筑牢坚实支撑。
The deep integration of the digital economy and the real economy is a vital strategic direction for Chinese-style modernization.Promoting their profound convergence has become a pivotal focus in driving high-quality economic transformation and development at the current stage in China.Although Shandong Province has made phased achievements in digital-real economy(DRE)integration,there remains significant room for optimization and enhancement across multiple dimensions,including institutional and regulatory coordination,the coverage breadth of digital infrastructure,breakthroughs in core digital technologies,and the depth of DRE penetration.This paper methodically examines the current development status of DRE integration in Shandong Province,analyzes the practical challenges it faces,and proposes tailored pathways to advance this integration.The goal is to substantially strengthen the depth and sophistication of the convergence between Shandong’s real and digital economies,thereby establishing a robust foundation for building a modern socialist strong province in the new era.
