摘要
针对传统农业气象服务中存在的预警滞后、覆盖粗放及产品制作低效等问题,构建了融合自动化、层级化与可视化技术的智慧农业气象服务系统。基于C/S架构研发了省级服务平台,通过1 km分辨率智能网格数据与特色作物灾害风险预警指标库,建立“动态阈值判别+智能网格预警”创新服务模式;设计省—市—县三级空间生成模块,实现气象风险从网格单元到行政层级的精准识别;构建“数据—产品—发布”风险预警服务流程自动化;创新人机交互可视化界面,支持灾害时空演变与种植分布融合分析。在辽宁省业务应用表明,系统将服务全流程时效从3 h缩短至0.5 h,效率提升6倍;年累计发送灾害风险预警短信1.2万条,覆盖了特色农业主体,有效满足种植户实际需求。该平台具备显著推广价值,通过调整作物生育期参数与灾害风险预警指标,可使用于东北寒区浆果、南方设施蔬菜等农业;形成的“数据驱动—智能研判—精准服务”模式可为农业气象服务数字化转型与乡村振兴发展提供重要方案。
This study developed a smart agricultural meteorological service system combining automation,hierarchy,and visualization to address issues like lagging warnings,coarse coverage,and inefficient product creation in traditional services.A provincial service platform based on the C/S architecture was created,using 1 km resolution smart grid data and risk warning indicators for specialty crops.This established an innovative service model of“dynamic threshold discrimination+smart grid warning,”designed modules for three administrative levels(province,city,county)to accurately identify meteorological risks from grid units to administrative levels,automated the risk warning service process,and created an interactive visual interface for analyzing disasters’spatiotemporal evolution and planting distribution.Applied in Liaoning Province,the system reduced the service process time from 3 hours to 0.5 hours(6x efficiency boost),sent 12000 disaster risk warning SMS annually to specialty agricultural entities,and met growers’needs.The platform has significant promotion value;adjusting crop parameters and risk indicators allows its use in different regions and agricultural types.Its“data-driven-smart analysis-precise service”model offers a key solution for agricultural meteorological services’digital transformation and rural revitalization.
