铅锌尾矿对周边区域农田土壤酶活性的影响

摘要 选取陕西省东南部的镇安县永乐镇某铅锌尾矿区周边农田土壤作为研究对象,探究铅锌尾矿造成的重金属污染对土壤脲酶和过氧化氢酶活性的影响,在对比分析不同采样点土壤理化性质、重金属含量及土壤酶活性的基础上,采用Spearman相关性分析探讨了土壤脲酶和过氧化氢酶活性与土壤重金属含量及土壤理化性质之间的相关性。结果表明:S-2000处均未有重金属超出标准,土壤受污染程度最小;其次是X-2000处,只有Cd超标;污染源W处的土壤中Zn、Cd、Pb、As、Hg均超标,土壤受污染程度最大,且Zn、Cd、Hg严重超标;S-1000处Cr、Cu、Pb未超标,而Zn、Cd、As、Hg均已超标;X-1000处Zn、Cd、Pb均超标。土壤中的脲酶活性与过氧化氢酶活性差异显著,本研究区域土壤中的过氧化氢酶与Cr、Cu、Zn、Cd、Pb、Hg、As含量均呈极显著相关,而这些重金属中Cr对过氧化氢酶活性存在激活作用,其他重金属对过氧化氢酶活性均为抑制作用。过氧化氢酶与土壤基本理化性质之间无显著相关性。脲酶与重金属污染程度相关性不显著,与土壤有效磷、土壤有机质均呈显著正相关。由此得出:此区域土壤中脲酶比过氧化氢酶对土壤理化性质影响更敏感,而过氧化氢酶比脲酶受重金属影响更敏感,故过氧化氢酶适用于表征该区域土壤重金属复合污染程度。 Based on the comparative analysis of soil physicochemical properties,heavy metal content and soil enzyme activities at different sampling sites,Spearman correlation analysis was performed to explore the relationships between soil urease and catalase activities,soil heavy metal content,and soil physicochemical properties.The results showed that none of the heavy metals exceeded the standard in S-2000,and the soil pollution degree was the lowest.In X-2000,only Cd exceeded the standard.At the pollution source W,Zn,Cd,Pb,As and Hg in the soil W exceeded the standard,and the soil pollu-tion degree was the highest,and Zn,Cd,and Hg greatly exceeded the standard,with Zn,Cd,and Hg greatly exceeding the standard..In S-1000,Cr did not exceed the standard,while Zn,Cd,As,and Hg did.In X-1000,Zn,Cd,As,and Pb exceeded the standard.There was a significant difference between urease and catalase activities in soil.The catalase was significantly correlated with the contents of Cr,Cu,Zn,Cd,Pb,Hg and As in the soil.Among these,Cr had an activating effect on catalase activity,while the other heavy metals inhibited catalase activity.There was no significant correlation between catalase and the basic physicochemical properties of soil.There was no significant correlation between urease and the degree of heavy metal pollution.However,a significant positive correlation was ob-served between soil available phosphorus and soil organic matter.Therefore,it can be concluded that urease activity in this region’s soil is more sensitive to soil physicochemical properties than catalase.Conversely,catalase activity is more sensitive to heavy metals than urease,making catalase a suitable indicator of the degree of heavy metal pollution in the soil in this region.
