摘要
随着城市化进程推进与极端天气事件增加,城市洪涝灾害发生的频率、强度和造成的损失都呈现显著增加趋势。蓄排空间多功能复合利用在有限空间内整合洪涝调蓄与城市功能,优化城市空间结构,提升土地利用效率,增强城市系统韧性。本研究系统梳理“蓝-绿-灰”空间协同、地下空间蓄水、道路行泄、绿地开敞空间利用、区域水系联动、以及蓄滞洪区与城市景观、生态环境、社会功能等有效复合的六种模式,并分析其技术特征与适用场景,为城市洪涝治理提供理论依据与实践应用,助力提升城市排水安全韧性水平。
With the advancement of urbanization and the intensification of extreme weather events,the frequency,intensity and loss caused by urban flood disasters have increased significantly.The multi-functional composite utilization of storage and drainage space integrates flood regulation and storage and urban functions in a limited space,optimizes the urban spatial structure,improves land use efficiency,and enhances the resilience of the urban system.This study systematically sorts out six models of“blue-green-gray”spatial synergy,underground space water storage,road drainage,green space open space utilization,regional water system linkage,and effective composite of flood storage and detention areas with urban landscape,ecological environment,and social functions,and analyzes their technical characteristics and application scenarios,so as to provide theoretical basis and practical application for urban flood control and help improve the level of urban drainage safety and resilience.
