摘要
食管癌作为我国最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,其传统的治疗方法包括手术、化疗和放疗等,但传统方法生存率低、副作用大且预后较差,已严重影响食管癌患者的生存质量。近些年来,纳米技术迅猛发展,纳米颗粒以尺寸小、生物相容性好、可通过各种生物屏障以及副作用低等优势,在食管癌的靶向治疗中发挥着越来越重要的作用。不同种类纳米粒子的结构和性质不同,其治疗食管癌的机制和效果也有比较明显的差别。本文综合近十年中外文献,总结当前纳米技术的发展现状,并提供靶向治疗食管癌的不同方式及应用,供相关研究者参考。
As one of the most common malignant tumors in China,esophageal cancer is traditionally treated with surgery,chemotherapy,and radiotherapy.However,these traditional methods have low survival rates,significant side effects,and poor prognosis,seriously affecting the quality of life of esophageal cancer patients.In recent years,nanotechnology has developed rapidly,and nanoparticles are playing an increasingly important role in targeted therapy for esophageal cancer due to their small size,good biocompatibility,ability to cross various biological barriers,and low side effects.Nanoparticles of different types vary in structure and properties,and there are also obvious differences in their mechanisms and effects in the treatment of esophageal cancer.This article comprehensively reviews Chinese and foreign literature over the past decade,summarizes the current status of nanotechnology development,and provides various methods and applications of targeted therapy for esophageal cancer,serving as a reference for relevant researchers.
