摘要
目的:探讨疼痛管理在心血管介入术后护理中的应用效果。方法:纳入2024年3月至9月石河子大学第一附属医院心血管内科接收的100例介入术后患者,随机均分为常规护理组和疼痛管理干预组。常规护理组实施常规护理,疼痛管理干预组在常规护理基础上增加疼痛管理干预。通过疼痛评分、生活质量评分及护理满意度评价护理效果。结果:疼痛管理干预组患者在术后各时间点疼痛评分均明显低于常规护理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。疼痛管理干预组患者生活质量评分高于常规护理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。疼痛管理干预组护理满意度显著高于常规护理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在心血管介入术后护理中实施疼痛管理策略成效显著,不仅能有效减轻患者疼痛程度,还可提升其生活质量及护理满意度,值得临床推广。
Objective:To explore the application effect of pain management in nursing care after cardiovascular intervention.Methods:A total of 100 post-intervention patients from the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine at The First Affiliated Hospital of Shihezi University were enrolled between March and September 2024 and randomly divided into a conventional care group and a pain management intervention group.The conventional care group received standard nursing,while the pain management intervention group received additional pain management interventions.Nursing efficacy was evaluated using pain scores,quality of life scores,and nursing satisfaction.Results:The pain scores of the pain management intervention group were significantly lower than those of the conventional care group at all postoperative time points,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After nursing,the quality of life scores in the pain management intervention group were higher than those in the conventional care group(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction in the pain management intervention group was significantly higher than that in the conventional care group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Implementing pain management strategies in post-cardiovascular intervention nursing achieves remarkable results,effectively reducing patients'pain levels while improving their quality of life and nursing satisfaction,making it worthy of clinical promotion.
