摘要
目的:探讨超声引导下液体隔离法在颈部困难病灶细针穿刺活检中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年12月—2023年5月赣州市肿瘤医院收治的45例颈部困难病灶患者。所有患者均行超声引导下液体隔离法辅助细针穿刺活检。评估穿刺活检成功率及细胞标本获取情况,并对比手术病理诊断与超声引导下穿刺活检诊断结果。结果:45例患者穿刺成功率为97.78%(44/45)。手术病理诊断结果与超声引导下穿刺活检结果对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:超声引导下液体隔离法辅助颈部困难病灶细针穿刺活检,可有效提升细胞获取量,获得较为准确的诊断结果。
Objective:To investigate the application effect of ultrasound-guided fluid isolation method in fine-needle aspiration biopsy(FNAB)of difficult neck lesions.Methods:A total of 45 patients with difficult neck lesions admitted to Ganzhou Cancer Hospital from December 2021 to May 2023 were enrolled.All patients underwent FNAB assisted by the ultrasound-guided fluid isolation method.The success rate of biopsy,cellular specimen acquisition,and the diagnostic results of surgical pathology versus ultrasound-guided FNAB were evaluated.Results:The puncture success rate was 97.78%(44/45).No statistically significant difference was observed between the surgical diagnosis and ultrasoundguided FNAB results(P>0.05).Conclusion:The ultrasound-guided fluid isolation method can effectively improve cellular yield and provide accurate diagnostic results in FNAB of difficult neck lesions.
