摘要
目的:总结成人肝移植受者术后并发症护理的最佳证据,为临床护理实践提供科学依据。方法:检索相关文献,对符合标准的证据进行汇总与分析。结果:从腹腔出血、胆漏、肺部并发症、疼痛、早期活动、心理护理、感染等方面总结出多个维度的最佳证据,涵盖评估、干预、监测等护理要点。结论:成人肝移植受者术后并发症护理需多维度综合考量,依据最佳证据实施护理干预,进而提升护理质量,降低并发症发生率,促进患者康复。
Objective:To summarize the best evidence for postoperative complication care in adult liver transplant recipients and provide a scientific basis for clinical nursing practice.Methods:Relevant literature was retrieved,and eligible evidence was synthesized and analyzed.Results:Multi-dimensional best evidence was summarized,covering key nursing aspects such as assessment,intervention,and monitoring,including intra-abdominal hemorrhage,bile leakage,pulmonary complications,pain management,early mobilization,psychological care,and infection prevention.Conclusion:Postoperative complication care for adult liver transplant recipients requires comprehensive multi-dimensional considerations.Implementing nursing interventions based on the best evidence can improve care quality,reduce complication rates,and promote patient recovery.
