摘要
基于2018-2022年中国家庭追踪调查数据,实证检验数智化发展对农民工就业质量的影响及其机制,研究发现:数智化发展对农民工就业质量具有显著的促进作用,对农民工就业质量的影响存在异质性,可以通过提高数字素养进而对农民工就业质量产生促进作用。据此,建议加强对农民工的技能培训、优化新就业形态的公共就业服务和保障机制、加强农村信息通信技术和数字技术基础设施建设。
The impact of digital and intelligent development on the employment quality of migrant workers and its mechanism are studied based on the data of the China Family Panel Studies from 2018 to 2022.The results show that digital and intelligent development is heterogeneous,and the employment quality of migrant workers is promoted by the digital and intelligent development and migrant workers’digital literacy.Migrant workers should get opportunity to develop their skills,public employment services and safeguard mechanisms for new forms of employment should be optimized,and the construction of information and communication technology and digital infrastructure in rural areas should be enhanced.
