基于因子分析和熵权-TOPSIS的河北省农产品冷链物流能力评价研究

Research on the Evaluation of Cold Chain Logistics Capacity of Agricultural Products in Hebei Province Based on Factor Analysis and Entropy Weight-TOPSIS

摘要 从经济支撑能力、基础设施建设、冷链物流运作规模3个方面构建评价指标体系,基于河北省2009-2023年时间序列数据,采用熵权法结合因子分析计算各指标权重,并通过TOPSIS法计算各指标的综合得分。研究结果显示,河北省农产品冷链物流能力整体上呈现出稳步上升的良好态势,但在2020-2023年间农产品冷链物流能力增速放缓。进一步分析发现,经济支撑能力与基础设施建设始终保持着持续提升的强劲势头,在冷链物流运作规模方面,前期展现出积极的增长趋势,但后期出现波动,这一波动影响了2020-2023年间河北省农产品冷链物流能力的增长速度。根据研究结果,提出建立冷链企业动态监测与分类帮扶机制、完善中小企业技术升级支持体系以及推进全域冷链物联监管平台建设等建议。 An evaluation index system was constructed in economic support capacity,infrastructure construction,and the scale of cold chain logistics operation.Based on the time series data of Hebei Province from 2009 to 2023,the weights of each index were calculated with the entropy weight method,factor analysis and the TOPSIS method.The results showed that the overall capacity of agricultural product cold chain logistics in Hebei Province had been steadily rising,but the growth rate descended from 2021 to 2023.Further analysis revealed that the economic support capacity and infrastructure construction had maintained a strong momentum of continuous improvement.In terms of the scale of cold chain logistics operation,a positive growth trend was shown in the early stage,but fluctuations occurred in the later stage,which affected the growth rate of agricultural product cold chain logistics capacity in Hebei Province from 2020 to 2023.Suggestions are proposed,including establishing a dynamic monitoring and classified assistance mechanism for cold chain enterprises,improving the technical upgrade support system for small and medium-sized enterprises,and promoting the construction of a full-domain cold chain logistics supervision platform.
