摘要
随着石油天然气行业快速发展,其站场照明能耗问题日益突出,而基于智能变电站的照明节能技术为解决该问题提供了新思路。研究采用多维度数据采集方法,建立了照明负荷特性模型,对能耗数据进行深度分析。在此基础上,设计了基于光照强度与人员分布的智能调光算法,优化了照明分区管理策略。实验结果表明,该方案在保证照明质量的前提下,可使站场照明能耗降低23.5%,年节电量达到42.8万度。同时,智能照明控制系统的可靠性达到99.2%,满足石油天然气站场安全生产要求。
With the rapid development of the oil and gas industry,the problem of energy consumption for station lighting has become increasingly prominent.By constructing the structure of the intelligent lighting system,the digitization management and control of lighting equipment are realized.The multi-dimensional data collection method is used in the research,and the lighting load characteristic model is established to deeply analyze the energy consumption data.On this basis,the intelligent light algorithm based on the illumination intensity and personnel distribution is designed,and the lighting zoning management strategy is optimized.The experimental results show that this scheme can reduce the site lighting energy consumption by 23.5%and the annual power saving reaches 428,000 kWh under the premise of ensuring the lighting quality.At the same time,the reliability of the intelligent lighting control system reaches 99.2%,which meets the safety production requirements of oil and gas stations.
