摘要
针对鄂州花湖机场助航灯光施工工程存在的工期紧张、技术复杂、管线布置难度高等问题,文章分析现有施工管理模式的局限性后,通过引入建筑信息模型(Building Information Modeling,BIM)技术构建数字化管理平台,实现了进度管理、质量验评、计量支付的一体化管控。在施工深化阶段,借助高精度建模优化电缆排管、保护管布置等关键工艺,显著提升了设计深度,提高了施工协同效率。结果表明,BIM技术的应用有效减少了施工返工率,缩短了工期,推动施工工艺向精细化方向发展,为大型机场助航灯光工程的全生命周期管理提供示范案例。
In view of the problems such as tight construction period,complex technology and high difficulty in pipeline layout existing in the construction project of navigation lighting at Ezhou Huahu Airport,after analyzing the limitations of the existing construction management mode,this article builds a digital management platform by introducing BIM technology,achieving integrated control of progress management,quality inspection and evaluation,and measurement and payment.During the construction deepening stage,by leveraging high-precision modeling to optimize key processes such as cable duct arrangement and protective pipe layout,the design depth was significantly enhanced and the construction coordination efficiency was improved.The results show that the application of BIM technology effectively reduces the construction rework rate,shortens the construction period,promotes the development of construction techniques towards refinement,and provides a demonstration case for the full life cycle management of navigation lighting projects in large airports.
