化工厂危险区域照明标准研究及优化方案

Research and Optimization Scheme of Lighting Standards for Dangerous Areas in Chemical Plants

摘要 化工厂危险区域存在易燃易爆物质,设备布局复杂,对照明系统的防爆性、可靠性与覆盖均匀度提出高要求。当前许多工厂仍在使用传统照明设备,这些设备防爆等级不足、能耗高,成为安全生产的潜在隐患。因此,文章就危险区域照明标准的技术要点与优化设计展开探讨,旨在为化工企业提供一套可落地执行的照明升级方案,从而保障工作人员安全,推动行业安全、高效与可持续发展。 Flammable and explosive substances exist in dangerous areas of chemical plants,and the equipment layout is complex,which puts forward high requirements for explosion-proof,reliability and coverage uniformity of lighting systems.At present,many factories are still using traditional lighting equipment,which has insufficient explosion-proof grade and high energy consumption,which has become a potential hidden danger in safety production.Therefore,this paper discusses the technical points and optimization design of lighting standards in dangerous areas,aiming at providing a set of lighting upgrade scheme for chemical enterprises,thus ensuring the safety of workers and promoting the safe,efficient and sustainable development of the industry.
