摘要
虽然高空检修工作开始前会对线路内进行断电操作,但由于导电惯性的影响检修人员仍容易受到导线以及设备中残余电荷的威胁,从而导致检修作业安全性变差,为此研究免登高接地杆在10kV高空检修作业中的应用。分别从塔杆外观、塔杆稳定性以及导线张力等多个方面设计典型输电线路的检修标准。结合免登高接地杆建立出接地通路,从而将线路上的残余电荷导入地下,并通过计算接地电阻来判定接地通路的导电效果。测试结果表明,采用提出的方法对输电线路进行高空检修时,导线剩余荷电量较低,具备较为理想的操作安全性。
Although the power outage operation will be carried out in the line before the start of the high-altitudemaintenance work,the maintenance personnel are still vulnerable to the threat of residual charges in the wire andequipment due to the influence of conductive inertia,which leads to the deterioration of the safety of the mainte⁃nance work.Therefore,the application of the rise-free grounding rod in the 10 kV high-altitude maintenance work isstudied.The maintenance standards of typical transmission lines are designed from the aspects of tower appearance,tower stability and wire tension.The grounding path is established by combining the rise-free grounding rod,so thatthe residual charge on the line is introduced into the ground,and the conductive effect of the grounding path is de⁃termined by calculating the grounding resistance.The test results show that when the proposed method is used toperform high-altitude maintenance on the transmission line,the remaining charge of the wire is low,and the opera⁃tion safety is ideal.
