摘要
为了研究某新建HD-200型上承式贝雷桥在正常运营状态下的承载能力和结构安全性,对其进行荷载试验及有限元分析计算。采用桥梁软件Midas civil建立贝雷梁桥三维空间梁格模型,基于最不利受力原则确定测试截面和测试工况,通过确定试验加载方案及现场测点布置,静载试验是测试各截面测点应力和位移,动载试验是测试贝雷桥的频率、振型和冲击系数,所得实测值与理论值进行对比分析。试验结果表明:该贝雷梁桥整体处于弹性变形状态;在动载作用下贝雷梁结构自振频率和冲击系数在规范允许范围内。
In order to study the bearing capacity and structural safety of a new HD-200 deck bailey bridge undernormal operating conditions,the load test and finite element analysis were carried out.The three-dimensional spacegrillage model of Bailey beam bridge is established by using the bridge software Midas civil.Based on the principleof the most unfavorable force,the test section and test conditions are determined.By determining the test loadingscheme and the arrangement of on-site measuring points,the static load test is to test the stress and displacement ofeach section measuring point,and the dynamic load test is to test the frequency,vibration mode and impact coeffi⁃cient of Bailey bridge.The measured values and theoretical values are compared and analyzed.The test results showthat the Bailey beam bridge is in an elastic deformation state as a whole;under the action of dynamic load,the natu⁃ral vibration frequency and impact coefficient of Bailey beam structure are within the allowable range of the code.
