摘要
在复杂环境条件下,变电设备往往容易受到各种污染物的侵袭,导致设备性能下降,甚至引发故障。因此,对复杂环境条件下变电设备带电水冲清洗作业技术的研究具有重要的现实意义和理论价值。首先,在复杂环境条件下进行了变电设备的检查与准备,其次,介绍了带电水冲清洗作业,并进行了变电设备带电水柱绝缘性能分析,最后,进行了变电设备带电水冲清洗作业技术的设计,通过冲洗方式的选定、变电设备的带电水冲清洗步骤两方面的研究。结果表明:复杂环境条件下变电设备带电水冲清洗作业技术相较于方法1、2能够有效对变电设备进行清洗,并清洗效果较好,因此,可以证明该技术的有效性。
In complex environmental conditions,substation equipment is often vulnerable to the invasion of variouspollutants,resulting in equipment performance degradation,and even cause failure.Therefore,it is of great practi⁃cal significance and theoretical value to study the technology of live water washing of substation equipment undercomplex environmental conditions.Firstly,the inspection and preparation of substation equipment are carried outunder complex environmental conditions.Secondly,the operation of charged water washing is introduced,and theinsulation performance of charged water column of substation equipment is analyzed.Finally,the design of chargedwater washing operation technology of substation equipment is carried out,and the selection of washing mode andthe steps of charged water washing of substation equipment are studied.The results show that the live water washingoperation technology of substation equipment under complex environmental conditions can effectively clean the sub⁃station equipment compared with the methods 1 and 2,and the cleaning effect is better.Therefore,the effectivenessof the technology can be proved.
