摘要
为探究胸腹水细胞蜡块在病理诊断中的准确性与应用价值,通过对比95%乙醇、10%中性缓冲福尔马林、乙醇/福尔马林混合液这3种种细胞固定液对蜡块质量的影响,优化胸腹水细胞蜡块的制备方法,然后探究胸腹水细胞蜡块的临床应用效果。结果表明,当细胞固定液为乙醇/福尔马林混合液时,细胞块得率为100%,细胞形态完整率为72%,诊断准确率达到94.44%,较常规细胞细胞学诊断的临床效果明显提高。综上,这种胸腹水细胞蜡块在肺腺癌等病例中能够清晰呈现细胞结构,精准免疫组化定位,可提高病理诊断效能,具有良好的临床应用前景。
In order to explore the accuracy and application value of pleural and ascites cell wax block in pathologi⁃cal diagnosis,by comparing the effects of 95%ethanol,10%neutral buffered formalin and ethanol/formalin mix⁃ture on the quality of wax block,the preparation method of pleural and ascites cell wax block was optimized,and then the clinical application effect of pleural and ascites cell wax block was explored.The results showed that when the cell fixation solution was a mixture of ethanol/formalin,the cell block yield was 100%,the cell morphology in⁃tegrity rate was 72%,and the diagnostic accuracy rate was 94.44%,which was significantly higher than the clinical effect of conventional cytological diagnosis.In summary,this pleural effusion cell wax block can clearly present the cell structure in cases such as lung adenocarcinoma,and accurately locate the immunohistochemistry,which can im⁃prove the pathological diagnosis efficiency and has a good clinical application prospect.
