摘要
为提高关键部件材料破损识别精度,采用硒化锌和石墨烯制备一种视觉传感器,并以该传感器为基础,构建用于铁路机车的关键部件破损识别系统。结果表明,该视觉传感器对光照具有明显的光电响应;打开和关闭光照时的光生电流介于500~525μA之间,响应速度为1.2×10^(6)A/W,具有较高的灵敏度和稳定性;以制备的视觉传感器对关键部件材料破损进行识别,具有较高的识别精度,识别准确率和平均精度分别达到97.36%和95.28%。
In order to improve the accuracy of material damage identification of key components,a visual sensor was prepared by using zinc selenide and graphene.Based on the sensor,a damage identification system for key com⁃ponents of railway locomotive was constructed.The results show that the visual sensor has obvious photoelectric re⁃sponse to light.The photocurrent is between 500~525μA when the light is turned on and off,and the response speed is 1.2×10^(6) A/W,which has high sensitivity and stability.The prepared visual sensor is used to identify the material damage of key components,which has high recognition accuracy.The recognition accuracy and average ac⁃curacy are 97.36%and 95.28%,respectively.
